22/06/2013 - Commodore's Reception
As a valued member & volunteer, the Committee of BSC cordially invites you to a Commodore’s reception on Saturday 22nd June at 4.00-6.00pm in recognition of your contribution to running the activities of the club. This is an informal occasion to meet new members and join us at a BBQ following on from the Saturday pm session. Please bring your own food for the BBQ and the club will provide the drinks. The Commodore, David Irwin, and Vice Commodore, Charles Gilchrist, will say a few words of welcome and they, and the committee, would love the chance to catch up with you.

There will also be on display, a copy of the plans for the development of the land that surrounds the club. This may have an impact on our operation and could be advantageous to us in developing our own ideas for the future.
24/09/2017 - 1:2 Series Race 7, 8 & 9 & 2017 Fleet Trophy Day
Sunday Racing - New 1:2 Race Format - 24 September 2017

We had the 2:1 series in July so now ....Over the following three Sundays: 3rd, 10th & 24th September we will be trialling the 1:2 mini series - a single race in the morning and 2 slightly shorter races back-to-back after lunch.

As with the 2:1 Trial, this will be a mini-series which includes all the races over three Sundays rather than the traditional long morning and afternoon series.

We very much hope that you will come along, enjoy the racing with an open mind and give lots of feedback afterwards.

Races 7, 8 and 9 on Sunday 24th September will also be used to award prizes for the Fleet Trophy Day.
