- Race programme - Autumn Series - 12 races from 25/09 to 18/12 separate am and pm series. Agreed1/2 races sailed plus 1 to qualify. Committee Boat Starts.
- Agreed to establish a Spinnaker Fleet - eligible boats Asymmetric and standard spinnaker boats down to 1090 (2000). SRO to set windward/leeward courses where practical.
- Agreed to have a maximum of 3 starts for the am fleet race with race duration of 60 mins. pm race will be single start handicap race of 45 min duration.
- Agreed to adopt 3 classes for separate fleet competition within the am handicap fleets - Aero 7 & 9, Blaze all rigs within Fast Handicap and Solo within Slow Handicap. These classes may only compete within their class and not the general handicap fleet. To maintain fleet status, 5 boats will need to qualify for that series. Any other class meeting this requirement may be considered for fleet status
- Agreed to continue with Great Lakes Handicap System
- First start am series - 11 am pm series - 13:20
