Fit volunteers needed please - more useful and fun than going to the gym or riding a bike nowhere in particular.
The club is hiring a big Scrub Cutter to cut the tops of the islands over three days. A small work party of three or four is needed for each day to operate the machine, use strimmers where the machine cannot go and, weather permitting, bonfire the larger cuttings from recent willow cutting. The ASC will also be helping.
Please bring enthusiasm, buoyancy aids, stout footwear and food for lunch
