This guidance is to help Race Officers when planning trophy races where we may have multiple starts and use quadrilateral courses.

It may seem daunting, but it is remarkably straightforward with a bit of advanced planning.

In addition, to the guidance above it is useful to have a whiteboard on the Committee Boat to relay any changes after flying the flag "L"

Course length - for 10-15 knts the length of C to 2 (x 2) is a good guide for a 30-minute race based upon RS Aero 7/RS 200/Blaze.
